Caitlin Hartley
I am a multidisciplinary designer with over a decade of international experience in publishing, packaging, branding, and digital media. Having lived and worked in Taiwan, France, and the UK, I bring a strong cross-cultural perspective to visual communication and design.
My career began in book design in 2007, and since then I have collaborated with global brands, start-ups, and cultural institutions on a wide range of projects. From brand identities and packaging to digital content and marketing materials, I specialise in creating clear, consistent, and engaging visual communication. Beyond graphic design, my expertise spans illustration, UI/UX, and art direction. I particularly enjoy working on B2B marketing and communication materials—such as presentations, infographics, brochures, and web content—helping clients deliver their messages with clarity and impact.
What defines my approach is integration: I combine creativity with precision, and design with strategy. By coordinating across photography, packaging, print, and digital channels, I ensure that every element works together seamlessly. Whether working independently or alongside external partners and internal teams, I aim to deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions that not only look good but also solve problems and create connections.

Packaging design & Photography
We were responsible for designing the packaging of a new product. From product photography to packaging design, we created four photo sets, with one image selected as the main visual for the packaging. The product is now available in major Asian supermarkets across the UK.
PANGNIU FOOD FRANCE
Packaging design & Photography
Pangniu Food France, specializing in soy products, announces an investment of €2M in Charmes (Aisne) for the creation of its French subsidiary. Pangniu Food France, the group’s only branch in Europe, will focus on producing plant-based products such as tofu, soy milk, and fresh Chinese noodles for the French and European markets. We are delighted to have contributed to the packaging design of their first full tofu product line, consisting of 13 items. All of these products are now available across the French and European markets.
AJINOMOTO EUROPE
YATAI design & production
We designed the structure of Yatai for AJINOMOTO Europe, managed its production in Taiwan, and coordinated the import to France. The high quality and competitive pricing of MIT manufacturing earned an excellent reputation.
Gubao
Packaging design & Illustration
Gubao is a long-established cleaning supplies brand in Taiwan. We created a new logo and packaging design to refresh its image and attract more attention. The packaging illustrations feature four iconic landscapes: Taroko’s Mysterious Valley, Sun Moon Lake, Fuguijiao’s Laomei Green Reef, and Lugu’s Wangyou Forest.

We worked with an artist from NYC, Lisel Jane Ashlock, for the "My Everything" beauty products packaging design project.
Fuchutan
Packaging design
The outer packaging design is inspired by Fuchun Mountain Residence, a landscape painting by Yuan Dynasty painter Huang Gongwang created in 1350, considered one of the ten most famous Chinese paintings. For this project, we designed a small bottle packaging, a gift box, a mini booklet, and a carrying bag.
SoulApartment
Game design
We developed, illustrated, and produced SoulApartment, an anonymous online letter-writing game with over 100,000 players since its launch in September 2016. Its users span the United States, the UK, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea.
Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois PARIS
Website UI design
The Church of Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois is a Roman Catholic church in Paris, located at 2 Place du Louvre. It was formerly the parish church for the inhabitants of the neighboring Louvre Palace. We designed their official website, including the user interface, and created hand-drawn illustrations of nearby Parisian landmarks.

We designed the characters and visual illustrations for the interactive games of the children’s robot toy, as part of the Robohon project.
